  • "But as long as what they’re doing is successful and working for them, what do I know?" A truer statement has never been made by you. As a former Marvel buyer of nearly 23 years, I only buy DC comics now because their books are of much higher quality.

    That’s amazing. I used to read about half of DC’s line. Am now down to Batman, the Wake, Astro City and Fables. Actually had stopped reading Fables as well, but saw it was ending, so I started again. I guess DC may have helped the bottom line by mostly rebooting everything. But they mostly lost me as a constant reader. I won’t rip the comics, since I barely read them, but I read all GL titles, all Superman titles, JSA was once my favorite book…….I just don’t care for what they have done. I did try many of the new 52. Just not the target audience anymore.
